XLA has an extremely advanced sealed drag and bearing system. Repelling water, sand and dirt, the teflon drag is ultra smooth, wet or dry and can be precisely adjusted. Easily out-performing traditional Spindle mounted reels the XLA (Extreme Large Arbor) is also one of the most versatile reels on the market today. In the bigger sizes you can choose between large arbor or extra large arbor spools depending on needed capacity or to balance your outfit perfectly. Spool changes take seconds and there are no loose parts.
