Completing a Purchase:
Click on the "Add To Cart" button on any items that you wish to purchase, indicating the options where appropriate.
Once you have selected all your items click on the ‘View Cart’ button. All items you have purchased will now be displayed in your ‘Shopping Cart’. If you are happy with your selection then press the 'checkout' button and fill in your credit card and address details.

Email Orders. Please email your orders to sales@meadowfishery.com. Please also include the information requested below.
However you order, don't forget to give us your name and billing address in full, including your postcode. Please also supply a contact telephone number.
PAYMENT TERMS We accept all major credit and debit cards on line.
POSTAGE Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available but at a much higher rate. Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery.
Postage is free for orders over £150.00. Postage will be added at checkout for orders under £150.00.
For international postage rates please contact us by phone or email to negotiate a price. There is a small premium applicable to orders to be shipped the Highlands, Islands and Ireland, we will contact you to agree this cost before the order is completed.
BACKORDERS If an item is not in stock we can put it on backorder. However, we will contact you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
RETURNS We will not be held responsible for the cost of any returns. In case of faulty products please contact Meadow Fishery immediately. If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of receipt, and damaged parcels must be signed as damaged at time of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
PRICING POLICY We aim to offer you competitive prices. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
TAX CHARGE VAT is included in all prices.
Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption to ensure that they are received securely.
